Standard verification documents accepted include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TTVIP accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and direct debit/credit via Visa or Mastercard-issued Philippine bank cards. International payment methods are not currently supported for Philippine-based accounts.

4.2 Deposit Limits

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

TVIP is not responsible for losses arising from:
